Worst laptop

After owning an HP Pavillion, this is the worst computer ever. There is a loud clicking when using the mouse buttons and can't use it at night - wakes others up in the house. The web camera has very poor resolution and is very grainy while other Inspiron's at Costco have very sharp resolution. The performance is very poor. The computer hangs when clicking on some Start Menu items. Some items take forever to come back. The audio sound is not bad. This is probably a Windows 8 thing, but when scrolling across the screen using the mouse, a round icon comes up with a"+" and "-" and zooms in or out uncontrollably. I sent it to Dell for servicing and none of this is still not fixed. I was that I could return this laptop. It's useless to me. At least it works, but that's about it.
