Fantastic product

Great laptop bag. Looks just like the photos. The materials and construction are of sturdy quality. The plush interior of the laptop compartment is soft as described, and will definitely protect your computer from scratches and minor bumps. The pockets are nice for storing your charger and some other little things. I'll go on to describe the various storage compartments with photos included. I apologize that my phone does not take very good pictures:

Main compartment:
I can fit my 13" Macbook Pro Retina Display in the compartment along with a 1 inch/2.5 cm textbook (pictured) and zip it closed. Usually I just throw a few documents and my day planner in there, however.

Side zip compartment:
Features a few little pockets for a small external hard drive, pens, pencils, screen wipes, etc. You can't put things that are too big in here and still expect it to zip shut with stuff also in the main compartment. Nice for little items, however.

Small handle compartment:
Technically you can stash the handles in here, though I rarely bother. In the picture I've tucked my Apple iPod Classic in to the side so you can see the scale of this small storage area. I am not able to fit my charger in this small pocket.

Side velcro compartment:
Perfect for storing your charger and cords but you could tuck plenty of other things in this spacious pocket as well.

Very nice quality.

I just received this so I have not had the chance to actually use it. I can say that it fits my laptop nicely (Toshiba Satellite 15.6 inch). It's easy to slide in, but it is snug/secure. On the side with the zipper pocket, the "handle pocket" is just big enough for only the handle. On the other side, the "handle pocket" has a Velcro closure and is the full size of the bag. The zipper pocket has some "organization" features: two elastics for pens/pencils and two various sized, small pockets. The bag itself is nicely padded, and the inside is very very soft. The black snow color is nice. Not too teenager-y and not too boring! It took me a while to decide on which laptop case I wanted, and so far I am happy with my decision.

Definitely Worth It

Purchased this for my girlfriend, since I am not using it, here is her review: My boyfriend purchased the 13.3 inch laptop bag for my 13.3 inch Asus laptop hoping that it would fit since many reviewers here mentioned that they had to size up. Fortunately, for me, the bag was a perfect, snug fit for my laptop. Unfortunately, since it was so snug I had difficulty putting my charger in either side of the bag. When I finally shoved it in, it had a kind of obvious bulky look, but overall still managed to look clean and slick. I like that the bag is very compact and the purple color is unisex, not bright and not dark. I have no idea why the title has "snowflakes" in it because the design of the bag does not have a single snowflake on it (that's a PLUS since I don't want to be prancing around with snowflakes galore on my bag). Anyway, the lining inside the bag is a bright easter egg blue, very nice contrasting color and very, very, plush and soft. The bag has two pockets, one on each side. The side with the zipper has two smaller pockets inside and two elastic loops to slip pens/pencils in. Sadly, since my laptop and charger are being held inside, I can barely manage to slip my hand in there, so I probably won't be using that because the struggle to get them out won't be worth it. The back of the bag is held together with a piece of velcro (this is the side i shoved my charger in). Overall, good quality, slim profile bag for a very good price. :)

Decent for the price

The light grey color is darker than it appears in photos, and the striped pattern is more obvious. The pattern on mine is crooked on the front, so it looks a little weird from up close, but from far away, it is harder to see. The zipper pocket on the front extends all the way to the bottom of the bag. The section on top where the handles come out allows for the handles to be put away, but I find that it makes that area slightly bulky. On the back side, the pocket where the handles come actually extends all the way to the bottom of the bag as well. It has a small velcro closure in the middle (the front pocket doesn't). The inside had a few loose threads that I cut off, but was otherwise nicely padded. Handles seem securely attached to the bag. This bag fits my 13" Macbook Air with a little room to spare. I also cut off the rubber Kayond logo on the front, and the bag looks much more clean and professional this way.

A good value

At less than half the cost of the very nice Thule (an Apple exclusive, the 13-inch being out of stock for a number of months), I went with this and am very pleased. It provides decent protection for my 13" MacBook Pro R, is slim enough to fit inside a brief case/backpack and the zippers are padded internally. It has fold-away carrying handles (which the Thule does not) and holds my iPad Air R w/Smart Case in one zippered side pocket and both charging bricks in the other velcroed side pocket. And the "new smell?" Well, after a couple of months' use, it's virtually gone. All-in-all a good product at a great price.
