Please just fix the magnets

I like everything about it, except the magnets on the front straps. They are not strong enough and frequently unlatch. Luckily, that's only a cosmetic issue, and I don't have to worry about losing my books because of it. I have found that the center of gravity seems awesome on it. I don't have as much of a pulling feeling on my lower back, like I have with other backpacks. Huge plus for me, since I have lower back problems.

Good quality and looks really cool too. I've had it for a month and there's no wear and tear from regular use. I only wish there were side pockets for a water bottle. Besides that, it's perfect!

Go for it!

It just arrived today and I feel like its a winner. The leather is genuine and i can fit at least four 1" binders and more! The materials feel very durable and its perfect for school. There is also a laptop sleve inside that provides more protection and I am very happy with this product.

Muscular Zippers

For a small frame (5"3 and 123 lbs), this might seem wide and big, but it is very comfortable to commute in even with a wacom cintiq companion in it. The only drawback is, it doesn't hold a lot of things at all! Maybe a laptop and a thin binder if you're lucky.. Anything else you add will just bulk it up. You can put some knick knacks on the outer flap pocket, which I find to be useful. No extra pockets on the sides for an umbrella or water bottle, though. Those are just accent designs that look like pockets. I dare not even put my lunch in it- it's just a tight fit. I like the thick yet lightweight material. Appears sturdy enough. The leather (?) seems well made and doesn't feel cheap. The zippers are thick and feel like they will hold a lot of repeated zipping. Overall, I'm quite happy with it.

Vintage College Backpack Bag is Sturdiness and Quality Personified

I've now owned this bag through almost the mid-term of my semester, as a professor who jams large books, folders, glasses, cups, and everything else I need - or think I need - into it. I searched through many different types and decided upon this bag, as it looked close to what I had from Old Navy - a bag that lasted barely a semester and was already wearing out, day by day. This bag is light years from that one in terms of quality and at almost the same cost - I bought mine on sale for $29. What a bargain - I've seen bags of lesser quality selling for twice the price. This bag is just the right size, not big at all, just fine. The magnets are also fine - they are REAL magnets - and easily clasp the flap shut. There are generous pockets in different sections of the bag and the straps feel made of real leather and are strong and sturdy. The sturdy zipper under the flap, that covers the bag, is just perfect. Like everything else on this bag, the one thing you will notice: sturdiness, quality, craftsmanship. If the company who made this keeps this kind of thing up, they will be selling bags for a long, long time. Probably one of the best bags of this kind I've ever owned - honestly it's almost on the level of North Face. For an academic bag, for instructor or student, I can almost guarantee you will pleased with this bag. I got the color blue and it looks even better in reality than it does in the picture here. Well done!

Great quality, good price
