Great value, perfect fit!

I volunteer fixing laptops for a local boarding school for troubled teen boys, this was a perfect replacement for DVD's that were in a couple of Toshiba Satellite C655 laptops we had that were broken. The front bezel was easily removed so I could swap it out with the one on the Toshiba laptop. If you're replacing one in your laptop make sure you remove all of the mounting hardware and bezel off of your old drive before tossing it. :) This screw holes for the mounting bracket on the laptop were perfectly aligned.

Very happy with this purchase

This worked perfectly in my Gateway NV59 laptop. Although the faceplate didn't match the contour of the laptop, the function of a CD/DVD R/W is what I needed for this old laptop. Very happy with this purchase.
