Definitely would recommend this battery, it lasts for 6 hours on my acer aspire 5750. Battery life depends on how many processes you have running all at once. This is a great deal here with the warranty and stuff. Fits perfectly than my original manufactured made battery that came with my computer. Never recharge ANY battery until its full dead.

This battery was listed as being compatible with my laptop, an Acer Aspire 4253. I even paid a few dollars more because it said it was high performance and would last longer than the original manufacturer's battery. However, it does not work correctly. It only charges to about 7% or 12%. After that it only works if it is plugged in. It also has to be plugged in or will not turn on at all, even if the battery has a little charge. I tried asking the company to send me out a new one and I would return this, and all they did was give me a list of things to do to get it to work correctly. No other battery have I had to do things to get it to work correctly. In the end I did follow their list and it still does not work.
