Doesn't take a charge even when it's been plugged in .... I unplug and the computer shuts down completely. When I plug back in, it shows that the battery is completely empty.

Battery Failing After 1 Week

Followed The instructions for breaking in the battery. I've had it one week and I'm already getting warning indications on the laptop. The battery indication light flashes green and orange when a problem is detected. Only way to stop the flashing is to remove the battery and put it back in the laptop. Same thing happened to the last one of these I bought and it wasn't long before the battery stopped taking a charge entirely. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Other brands didn't work for my Asus G73jh, this one did

I bought the cheapest battery I could fine for my aging Asus G73jh, it didn't work right and failed outright after just a few days and charging cycles. This one worked properly right away and will update if I have problems. Well worth the extra couple of dollars. Fits well and has the rubber on the bottom of the battery like the original.
