Have to cut to fit.

So this came as a multi-size cut to fit piece of vinyl. It is nice looking, was easy to attach. But I can't cut the curves well, so it doesn't look as perfect as I would like. I have an HP DV7t Envy. The corners are very rounded as compared to a more square Dell.

Vibrantly Colored, Easy to Apply

This is high-quality vinyl - no complaints there. The colors are vibrant and pretty - they do Van Gogh justice. I understand that this "skin" is for multi-laptops, made by different companies, and it makes sense for it to be a universal size that has to be cut down. BUT, that said, I would have paid a little more to buy one JUST for my DELL Inspiron, that was already cut and could just be applied. As others have also stated, I have never been that good at cutting in a straight line,so of course, once I applied the skin, the edges are not very straight. I doubt anyone would ever notice but me - and that's because I'm a little OCD! I did notice that some of the edges had a slight red tint that I didn't see until I applied the skin - and the wrist pads - so I had to remove them to cut off that ever-so-tiny sliver of red. Again - that's just OCD me. Other people might not care about that. All in all - I like this item very much. I hope someday they will make some that are laptop specific.
