The case's woven fabric is thick and durable without being bulky. The color is a pretty, understated mix of medium and darker shades of plum. The front pocket zips and is deep enough to hold my mouse and charge cables. The stitching is tight and the zipper glides around the curves. I have purchase three chromebook covers, and this is the one I have chosen for my personal use.
