Works fine but NOT a 90-degree plug in as pictured

Ordered this because I desperately needed a new charger due to my old one having wires inside the cord showing. I've had previous chargers that have failed at the plug going into the laptop, so I specifically purchased this one because it showed a 90-degree plug. Photo is even zoomed in on this part of the charger so I thought I would be getting a charger w/a 90-degree plug in. Upon arrival, the charger has a plug that comes straight out, NOT one with a 90-degree angle. All of the chargers that I've had that come straight out end up failing due to increased stress. Ones that have a 90-degree plug end up lasting much longer. Yes, the charger functions fine but I am very disappointed that the charger is not what was shown in the product photo. Would have purchased a different charger had I known it didn't have a 90-degree plug.

Perfect Replacement- No Problems

This was a non-OEM replacement AC power adapter/charger for a relative's Acer Aspire One KAV10 D150 netbook. She had left 1/2 of this 2-piece unit at home (the cord from the adapter to the wall outlet), and nothing I had would fit. So we ordered this inexpensive replacement, and I simply used the entire new unit. In two months of 1-2 hours of daily usage, there were no problems. The fit was perfect, the adapter and plugs did not get abnormally warm, and the netbook's (probably old) battery appeared to charge as fully as it could. This is a reasonable price for this replacement part. 5/5

I've been using this power adapter for about 3 weeks. I was happy to find that not only did I get a right-angle power supply, but I got one that fit into the power supply hole perfectly. Some people have reported issues, not getting what's pictured, it doesn't fit right, etc. But I have to say I think I got exactly what's in the picture and it's working fine so far.

not right charger for my computer

OK here is what happened. They sent me a charger and it was not the right one and I almost melted it because I did not know any better, So I called the people who I purchased it from and the lady was so very nice. She said they shipped the wrong one. Asked me questions but as fate would have it I did not have my laptop with me at work. The lady asked me when I got home would I get the information and call her back. Well the next day I called her at work as I am deaf and have to have a special phone. She was very patient with me and I gave her all the information she needed and she said I will send out your charger today. Please accept my apology for sending the wrong one. She was so nice I really would purchase items from her again. Thanks for sending her to me.

Decent quality replacement for the price. The picture doesn't match what you actually receive but it's similar. The connector that plugs directly into the laptop is straight instead of having a "L" shape. Received a 3-prong version but the picture has a 2-prong version. I think it depends what they have in stock. The cord lengths are smaller than what I got from my original laptop.

Not sure what the writing means on the cords but they are different thicknesses. The cord that connects directly to the outlet is thicker with this labeling: RVVZ 18AWGX3C P.V.C WIRE. The cord that connects from the ac adapter box to the laptop has this labeling: LC2012 AWM 2464 80degreeC 300V 20AWG VW-1.

This product is great, it shipped quickly with my expedited shipping, and tracking was available throughout the entirety of shipping. The product itself works great, just as described. It's a lot lighter than the original AC charger, and takes up a lot less space. The only drawback is that it is slightly shorter than the original and thus requires less distance between the computer and AC outlet. However the length decrease is not horrible and hardly removes from the quality of the product. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with this product and recommend it to anyone else who requires a replacement AC charger for their computers.
