Works great

I travel a lot, so I prefer to keep a charger in my computer case at all times and one at home.

I've had this for three months now - used it every day, it's doing what it's supposed to - charging my laptop battery. I don't notice anything different with this one than with the one which came with the laptop. Great solution for a small price.

Unexpected Surprises

The product works as advertised, and the style from SIB was even better then I expected, because the 'brick' is so much lighter in weight then the original power cord was. It doesn't weigh me down any more.
I placed my order on Friday, the product was in the next days mail!
I wrote to customer service, AFTER placing my order, to make an urgent request for speedy in house processing - because of previous issues with another vendor not shipping my order, and also a technical malfunction. Since I knew these weren't SIB's problems, I didn't expect much. They obviously DID respond. I truly appreciated the seriousness with which they too my request and interest in helping me - when they didn't really have to. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend ordering from this company.

HP Probook 6470B. Managed to mangle the end of the cord on the factory adaptor, making it unusable (never mind how...brain-fart on my part), Amazon to the rescue! This AC adaptor was inexpensive and works just fine. It is slightly larger than the adaptor it is replacing (maybe 1/2 inch wider), but I'm Ok with that. Brand name adaptor is something like $25.00 (which isn't THAT bad), but I got this one for less than $10.00, shipped. Specs out the same as the brand name adaptor, outputs 90 watts, no issues.
If you need one, just buy it!
