Great battery for acer 5532

After doing some research and reading a lot of reviews for different batteries, I decided to buy this one. I have an acer 5532 and from all the reviews I've read of other batteries people were saying they had a hard time getting it in. Well when I went to put it in it slipped in as prefect as the factory battery. I am currently getting about 2 hours and 15 minuets of charge which is about what I had when my laptop was new so I'm happy about that. It was delivered quick and I am overall pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone with an acer aspire 5532.

Works with my Acer Aspire 5517

I got this to replace the battery in my Aspire 5517. It fit perfectly which was a relief. I haven;t been using very long, but it seems to have about a 2 1/2 hour life once charged.

Great price and works perfectly for my Acer

I love the price I paid for it for one thing because if you try to find these at your local retailer they charger at least over 60 to 80 dollars. This one here says it will last at least a full year amd if you want one that last two years and just a little longer battery run time the you may want to see the other model that costs about $ 20. MORE. I had Acer laptop for over two years and just now replaced it the battery. I really believe this battery is slightly better than the one it came it charges faster . Shipping said 2 weeks but came in 4 days from the CA Bay Area and sealed in magnetic pouch good packing. I would purchase again..

Just what I wanted

My Acer laptop was completely happy with this replacement battery. When new, the computer got two hours on battery on a good day. That dropped off to fifteen minutes before I replaced the battery with this. It restored my computer to the accustomed two hours. A good product at a good price.

Better than expected

I Do Not Recommend. Buy an extended life instead!

The battery worked fine out of the box. First thing I did was fully charge the battery. Within (1) month the run time from a full charge was down to less than three hours. Now it will only run for about (2) hours before I get the low battery alert. Before this battery I had the double life battery which I will be going back to. I do not recommend this battery. Just to be clear, I run my laptop on battery power at all times without it being plugged into ac power outlet, until I get the low battery alert.
