It works. Not like the computer batteries I bought from FactoryOutletStores.com. It cost me $12.00 to ship the two pieces of worthless junk that did not work back. In hopes of getting the $60 back I paid to have them shipped to me for free. What a deal. If I get my $60 refunded. Then it only cost me $12.00 to learn the lesson not to buy anything from FactoryOutletStores.com.

This works, but it is not a perfect fit. I checked and rechecked the part number. The electrical specs are correct, so I expect it will work, but the slight mismatch at the edge is a concern. I don't expect to remove it until it wears out, so maybe it won't be a problem.

5x cheaper and outperforms OEM battery pack

First impression is, the price was 5x cheaper than buying the original battery pack and it outperforms the original ones without actually confusing the system (toshiba) that it is not one of its own. The OEM battery pack when brand new, lasted me about 3 hrs of run time with how I use my laptop. This battery pack however, lasts me up to 5 hrs. I began noticing that my old battery pack was failing because at one point it would say it was fully charged and then 5 mins later after light use it would say 40% remaining then turns off after 10 mins. So initially I was thinking of just buying 18650 Li-on battery cells, replace the cells on the old battery pack and resolder them on my own. I tried this instead since this was even cheaper than buying new cells and I didn't have to spend time assembling the cells. Best decision ever. I can't say exactly how long this pack will last since that would totally depend on the user. My OEM pack lasted 2 years. I only had this for 3 months as of this. I will try to remember updating this review about its life, hopefully after 2 years? Would recommend this product!
