I ordered two of these about 18 months ago and they have worked fine. I ordered two this week (Aug 1, 2013) and when I plug them into both my Dell XPS14 and Dell E6400 they both complain that the adapters are only 65Watt and a 90Watt adapter is required. The product description clearly states they are 90 Watt. I'm returning them today.

Look closely before you buy

First off, let me point out that this is not a Dell brand power supply. It does fit Dell Latitude laptops, but it's a knock-off brand.

After only a few uses, I had to return this power supply. The first couple of times I used it, this power supply would sporadically stop charging my laptop. The little green light on the brick would just turn off. Eventually, I got it to give my laptop a full charge. However, one night while I was watching a TV show episode on my laptop, the power brick started making a popping/zapping noise. I unplugged it, but it smelled like melted plastic for about 10 minutes.

I would recommend that you save yourself time and hassle by just putting up the money for a genuine Dell power supply.
