Bought this to add a Bluetooth cable to my Asus X200M netbook when I replaced the wireless card in it, since that model doesn't originally have Bluetooth (hence, no cable to attach the new card to!). Ran the wire around the perimeter of the netbook internally, scrapped off the metal coating in a spot to stick down the antenna at the end, and now I have Bluetooth along with a better network connection. Very happy with it!

Good replacement wifi antennae

Nice little replacement wifi antennae. My old antennae's wires had broken due to a laptop broken hinge. The wires are very long (compared to some of the other products I looked at). My laptop screen is a 11.6". I had an extra 3-4 inches on one of the wires and 2-3 on the other (they traveled different routes around the screen. I'm a newby when it comes to replacing parts in my laptop and found it quite easy.

Dramatically improved my laptop WiFi speeds especially 2.4GHz

I replaced a Wifi card in my Asus with the Intel 7250. The card worked very well, but my Asus only had 1 antenna instead of the 2 that are needed for these cards. I added one of these cables, and was blown away by the increase in speed for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi bands. The biggest improvement was for the 2.4 GHz band. The cable is sturdy, and the connector plugs into the card robustly. Through this cable and the Intel 7250 card I am seen LAN transfer speeds of 500 Mbs - way faster than the wired 100Mbs ethernet!
