Multiple pockets and compartments offer maximum organization. The main compartment can keep your 11 inch or 13-13.3 inch laptop. Inside, on the same part there comes with 3 pockets that one is with zipper to store your U Disk, cell phones, keys and other small gadgets, the other two to hold your IPad mini, notebook, mobile hard disk drive and portable charger, etc.

On another part of the storage area there is a zipped mesh pocket with elastic band inside to organize your mouse, iPod, adapter, converter, etc. Beside the mesh pocket, there are five pockets to keep cards. Also there are two elastic loops in the middle area which can fasten your pen, data cable or headset.

Canvas bag that looks great and yet sturdy with plenty of space

Canvas bags are sturdy compared to the regular backpack I use, but the tan ones usually gives that adventure feel. Lavievert's blue canvas bag with leather accents gives a more professional look and feel

Leather accents on the corner actually looks nice while also protecting the corner from bumps

The shoulder straps are comfortable and the leather handle at the top is handy as it does not strain my fingers compared to the rougher straps

They included a magnet latch that has the leathers strap held down further with a leather strap that holds the compartment straps down. Magnets themselves are fairly strong to keep the bag in place

In the smaller pocket, the zipper is easily unzipped without issues. The compartment has a water resistant layer pouch

In the larger compartment, there is another zipper before reaching into the main compartment.
Computer compartment is nice as it allows for my 16.5 inch Acer Aspire to fit into it's pocket. There are also two additional smaller pockets to fill with my personal accessories. The lower pocket of the main compartment reaches to the base of the bag where the canvas layer protects the pouch from punctures. Yes my larger laptop sticks out of the "laptop compartment" a bit, but it's fine, I never expect it to fit into that fully

Overall, the Lavievert's canvas bag gives that aura of professionalism. Canvas bag is well made with many sealed compartments that protects my belongings from exposure. No loose threading was sighted during inspection. Inner compartments are protective and water resistant. Magnets used are not weak and better than buttons that needs to be pressured upon the inner contents

Excellent And Good-Looking Pouch That Helps Protect Your Laptop When In Transit

I don’t travel nearly as much on business as I used to, but – like so many – I’m still prone to take the occasional trip here and there, though I’ll admit it’s mostly for pleasure these days. But when I do, I’m a stickler for making sure everything I’m bringing along is fairly safe and secure in either my stowed luggage or my carry-ons. Having had a few high-priced items damaged in the past, I’m far more inclined to protect my stuff to my specifications these days, and that’s why things like laptop bags are far more important to me now more than before. Plus – when you’re paying so much for a decent laptop – you don’t want to see it jostled about, do you?

Lavievert’s 13-inch Laptop Bag is clearly designed for the Macbook (which I don’t use), and I’ve no doubt that those users might love this even more than I do. However, my slim Sony 13-inch fits it in snug like a bug in a rug, and I’ve also used it to carry both of my Kindle Fires on a short trip, which it also works perfectly for.

It’s constructed out of leather and canvas (the blue is very deep but not quite what I’d call navy), and the stitching is tight. It has a reasonable amount of padding that serves to protect your electronics from being shifted around, and, sure, it’s probably enough to safeguard them were it dropped from a reasonable height. It secures closed by two magnetic snaps along the front, and – when opened up – the felt interior certainly looks like a high-end addition. There’s an additional flap inside (secured by Velcro) that when opened provides three stitched sleeves for smaller items (i.e. phones, paperback books, etc.) and one zippered pouch for more important small items.Read more ›

Good As Laptop Case Or Briefcase, But Must Use The Compartments

This is a very attractive, well-made case to which a lot of thought has been given. What it has:

1. A compartment where you can put a laptop up to 12.5"x9". My 11.75"x8" laptop fits comfortably, but it is about 1" smaller than the maximum the compartment will hold.

If used as a brief case, this same large compartment is where you would carry the documents.

2. Multiple smaller compartments/"pockets" of various sizes, 2 with zippers, where you can put pens & pencils and a variety of objects and accessories

However, when using this case you must never forget that whatever you carry must be secure in one of the compartments because there are no sides on the case. Anything that is loose will fall out

When closed, the case is 15"x11". If you just want to carry your laptop that is all you need to open.

If you are also using the other compartments/"pockets", you need to open it all the way. Wide open the dimensions are 15"x27"

What and how much you can carry in this case is determined by the size of the compartments and also the size and location of the closers.

The case is closed by 2 magnetic snaps on the front of the case. It is possible to fill the case to the point where the magnets won't meet.

The part where the small compartments are secured by velcro. It is possible to fill these small compartments to the point that the two pieces of velcro won't connect.

I don't mean to overstate the concern about overloading the case, it will hold enough to meet the needs of most people. But if, for example, a student has a laptop, he can't also carry a thick textbook if he wants to close the case.Read more ›
