This is a nice looking bag. You don't see black and brown leather used together much these days. Most bags are just solid black. Boring. It reminds me of the kind of satchels people would use 50-60 years ago with a modern touch. Very classy. Materials feel good, construction is solid. The front flap folds down to reveal a place for a photo ID and slots for credit cards and such, which is a nice addition. I keep that stuff in my wallet mostly, but this is great if you wanted to, say, bring your laptop to the beach (yes, I have done this, and yes I know it's about the nerdiest thing ever).

The first 16" bag review

There seems to be no review for 16" version, so this must be the first one.
There have been many reviews on the quality, so I'll skip that part and focus on the size.
The dimension is 16x11x4. I've seen in Q&A that 14" version's dimension is 15x11x4, so 16" version is just "slightly" bigger than 14" one.
The dimension exactly reflects its capacity.
My 14" Dell latitude laptop barely fit in the laptop compartment, but velcro strap doesn't close. I'm pretty that sure any laptop even slightly bigger than this won't fit. I tried 15.6" Dell inspiron into it, but, obviously, it didn't fit. I could squeeze it into the main compartment though.
In short, you cannot assure your 16" laptop fit into this bag, which is advertised to be able to fit 16" laptop.

Overall quality is fine, but there are some other things I'd like to point out.
1. Attaching shoulder strap is hell. It's almost impossible to attach it with bare hands.
2. There's no tag or manual that I could make sure it's really 16" version, or even if it is new product.
3. Shoulder strap is not really padded. I thought it's well padded based on customer images.

Love this bag!! It just came in and I'm already in love with the classic look it has. I bought this bag for my 13' Macbook Pro and it fits perfectly. There is also plenty of room for a notebook. It has pockets for pens which is very convenient; so you do not have to rummage through the bag to find one. It is very well made and the strap looks very durable. Must I say it was a steal for $30! It sure looks like it is worth more. Highly recommend!

Great, quality bag

This bag is beautiful. It's very elegant, classic, and professional. I had a canvas bag that would lose shape and have my things rustled all over. This is high-quality leather, not pleather or plastic. When I was researching a bag, I was looking for something more structured and more professional to take to work, traveling, etc. This bag is perfect for these occasions. Also, the seller shipped this bag very, very fast. I was told by Amazon that it would arrive by the end of June--I got it in about a week. The seller is awesome.

A few things to keep in mind:

It is a small bag--I can fit my 13" laptop in there perfectly, but would not be able to fit a computer larger than that.
The color of the bag is a very dark brown, not black, which I think actually looks better with the lighter brown color.

Though the bag may seem smaller, there are a ton of pockets and sections to keep things, which prevent the bag from seeming bulky or overly-stuffed. I would absolutely recommend this bag.

Long wait, but worth it.

I wanted a tablet satchel to ease the back strain from my heavy back pack, which usually housed ny laptop as well, and I saw this bag. First, I had to wait almost a month for it, which is drastically long, however, I found that it was coming from the UK, and that sort of quelled my anxiety. I was able to look at many bags of this nature, as I considered canceling the order, and just getting one locally. I am glad that I did not. This bag has quality construction, much better than I assumed, I would even dare say on par with other bags of its sort running over 100 dollars easy, this one cost me $23 (a steal by all means). Compact, but roomy, easily holds my tablet, phone, bluetooth speaker, and any documents I might need. This was a great buy, worth the wait for sure.

Excellent smart bag!

I've had this bag for a month now and I've been very happy with it.
Having read some of the reviews about the bag being too small or too feminine I was a bit apprehensive, ( I am a tomboy at heart) at first but decided to go for it anyway without any regrets later.
It's very well made from a good quality leather. The bag is sturdy and strong with plenty of room inside. Because of the softness of the leather it quickly adjusts to your hand and doesn't have the "brand new" look, but more of a very well kept vintage look. I couldn't be happier with it.
