Mini Vacuum USB Case Cooler Cooling Fan Notebook Laptop -
Bought this for a very warm Inspiron 17" laptop. The Cooler didn't come with instructions so it was just placed in front of the hot air exhaust vent. This provided the desired assistance for the internal cooling fan. Eventually, it was discovered that the Cooler could be locked into the pc's exhaust vents using the tabs on either side of the Cooler's intake. It appears that this Cooler was made for this model Inspiron. My 24/7 laptop hasn't done a thermal shutdown since installing the Cooler. Very nice.

The item finally arrived -- shipped from China! -- and when I opened the envelope, it was already broken. I have contacted the seller and am waiting to hear from them. The product itself is very light, seems flimsy, and I have no idea how the two parts were originally attached to each other -- no signs of breakage or glue or anything, just loose pieces.
I'm not sure how it is meant to fit my laptop, and there were no instructions at all.

Junk!!! I tried to use them on ...

Junk!!! I tried to use them on my medium sized laptop and they wouldn't attach at all. Then I tried my small notebook, and it still did not work at all. I attempted to put one on the full size large laptop and they didn't work. The prongs used to attach them weren't strong enough to hold them on.

Fan works great but did not fit any of my laptops.

I purchased this item hoping that it could be used instead of the larger laptop cooling mats that I normally use, which would have made traveling with the laptop lighter. Anyway, I have 3 dell laptops: An inspiron, a latitude D620 and another older one. All three laptops had the vertical vents that this fan is suppose to fit but it fan did not fit any of them. The fan plugs into the usb port and it works great, but only if it fits. It was cheap so it is not that much of a loss. Lesson learned.

hey works as advertised and fits the alienware laptop

one of my devices is an alienware m14x r2. it fits just fine at the back of the laptop. runs fast, good airflow though a little on the loud side(no louder than the laptops fan at full speed) but it does make a substantial temp difference under heavy use. for the money a nice extra to carry with just in case you need a little extra cooling power. i would give it five stars if only i could adjust the fan speed down and reduce the noise a bit. as for quality it seems to be built well.

The item's arrived -( I ordered 2 ) -and when I opened the envelope, 1 was broken....The envelope it was sent in is not adequate protection from the post man cramming it in the mail box ..
I took the tiny screws out and used some super glue to repair it..It clips in the cooling exhaust of the laptop and is a little tricky to attach, needs to be wider for the Toshiba and could stand to be a little better engineered ..
ALL IN ALL I Got what i paid for price wise......
