It's terrible, and for the first time I'm looking around ...

I have been a proud owner of Lenovo Thinkpads in the x200 series since 2006; this is my fourth. It's terrible, and for the first time I'm looking around at other products. The combination of the red track button and the touchpad is really badly designed: one requires light touch, the other heavy kerklunks of pressure. Integrating the click functions into the touchpad means that you have to angle your hands in the wrong position. To shift between the button and the touchpad means you have to pay attention to the computer -- which as a writer you never want to have to do, as it breaks your thoughtflow. Since I have used it -- for the last three months or so -- I've struggled with severe neck and shoulder pain, and headaches. And the docking station covers half the fan vent, so the computer heats up even in cool weather -- dont know that it will survive the summer! As soon as I can, I will be replacing mine.

The product is exactly as described. There seems to be some consistent issue with trying to charge USB devices from the laptop while the laptop is sleeping - this causes a complete shutdown and prevents the on/off button from working, requiring a hard reset using a paperclip underneath the laptop.

I haven't seen this documented anywhere else, but I've now made this mistake twice and had to reset. So far, everything else seems to be working fine (about a month in to heavy use).

Defective product.

Deffective product. The battery was bad. The machine get frozen every now and then. I had to return the laptop. The whole episode becomes very unfriendly. The company didn't even returned the shipping cost even though the machine was faulty.

after two weeks, the wireless hardware can't work. And the trash is more than any computers, i can clean up 2 or 3 GB trash everyday. I will come back to china to ask some engineer to fix its problems. worst product.
