WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

The seller of this product was fine. This by no means a negative comment about the seller. The product came as described and worked fine for a number of weeks.

However, this product runs windows RT, not windows 8. When an update came out for the operating system, the computer automatically updated and made my windows product key became invalid. Because RT is usually only on the SUrface, absolutely no one was helpful and this essentially became a paperweight.

Lenovo Customer/Technical Support - useless. I knew more about the product then they did

Microsoft - so frustrating to deal with that I WILL NEVER EVER EVER BUY A MICROSOFT PRODUCT AGAIN. THey were not able to send me a product key, despite being the company who generates the product keys

Microsoft warranty - don't waste the money. They have no idea.

15+hours on the phone and I am not one bit closer to a fix than when I started this process.

Buyers beware. Windows 8 and RT have issues, issues that Microsoft or the manufacturer are not equipped to deal with. If you buy one of these units and it works well, it will be a nice cheap little unit... If you have one problem with it, it will likely become a paperweight

I love this product, I was a little leary at first because I didn't think I liked the brand Lenovo. I have used the Lenovo desktop and was not impressed with the brand. I really like this pad and am well pleased. I like the fact that it is light weight and has great battery life. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a device to carry anywhere and is no bother. like I said I really enjoy it and am well pleased. The product came to me in a very timely manner, as a matter of fact, it came faster than I expected. Great job

It has funky software

This was a gift for my daughter. While she likes the size, the screen resolution, how it operates, the flexibility of either touch screen or keyboard operation-it's loaded with a funky version of Windows. RT I think she called it. It seems to limit her choices or is incompatible with applications in some way.
