A perfect laptop

I own a computer business and have had the best customer experiences with this product. HP, no. Toshiba, definitely no. Dell, no. It doesn't have the graphics for gaming and it is heavy, but they are rock solid and more reliable than any thing else I have ever sold. I base this on well over 500 units sold. We even supplied them to the poling stations during elections and so far we have had 0 problems.
Lenovo products are reliable. Lenovo focuses the dollars in chassis, motherboard and processor. They don't waste my investment money in items that are easily upgraded like ram (memory) and hard drive.

Great computer with very minor damages

I've been using the laptop for only a day now and it seems to be working fine. It boots up quickly, which is expected from a solid state drive, and its keyboard feels very solid, which is expected since it's a ThinkPad computer. There are only minor damages on my model. The right monitor latch ,for example, is chipped and the battery needs replacing. Other than that, it's still a great computer. I really like how this refurbished model added a black matte layer over the existing design. It makes the computer look brand new and it does a good job of hiding fingerprints and dust.

this product is not ssd, its HDD with as low as 250gb capacity. Consider the price is low, i wil just accept as it is .However, I can get better deal elsewhere ( 320 gb HDD is almost the same price) I would say price cannot fool you. You cannot have a 250 gb ssd with as low as 300 bucks. Which sucks !

This unit was to replace the previous unit received, also wrong. The laptop was advertised in "Product Details" and "Product Description" as being a 256GB SSD drive. Once again, this replacement unit has a Serial ATA drive in it: (Seagate Momentus 7200.4 ST9250410AS 250GB 7200 RPM). Customer service swore up and down that the replacement would really have an SSD. Unfortunately, customer service was clueless. If you are going to say it's an SSD, then you had better ship an SSD! Not happy!!

Really good investment. Great performance in speed and reliability. Wonderful keyboard feel. Very versatile and great features like speaker and mic mute, webcam, and plenty of expansion ports. Especially like and use the native firewire port. I'm always on the move with it and it has been entirely durable and dependable.
