Beautiful laptop, but...

Beautiful laptop, but it died after one battery cycle so that it is now on its way back to the seller (luckily Amazon Prime return works well and I had no issues with the seller either).

I had all my stuff installed, chrome open, facebook open, google stuff open and it died, impossible to charge (we went to Best Buy to check if it was a power cable issue - as there are a few we found out - Thanks guys!) and impossible to reset my data. I now need to hope that the Lenovo CS is true to its word and wipes the laptop clean as I couldn't. So all new passwords etc. and off we go. So this one will go back to the factory and will not be replace by another Lenovo as their customer service told us it would take 7-21 days to service the laptop as their is no service center or licensed partner around and we would need to send it to Texas (lol). (And I like Lenovo, my Carbon X at work is amazing, but I have a tech team to support it if needed...).
