This was my first purchase from Amazon. I puchased a battery for a laptop for a friend who had been looking for a replacement because the old battery would not keep a charge. My order was very fast to arrive, even before I thought it would. Just a few days. It works great and cost much much less then if it had been puchased from the computer manufature. Don't waste your money

Battery ordered as replacement for Dell Inspiron 9300. Charged fully first time, but drained in 1hr 20 minutes. On the next cycle, max charge only went to 60%, and battery drained in 32 minutes. Same thing on third cycle. Now battery won't charge past 20%. Not sure of next steps; use a Dell-branded battery?

This battery was shipped to me and lasted one charge. You get what you pay for! Spend the extra money on something a little better than this. The battery felt cheap and lighter than my original battery. I followed the directions closely and only got one charge out of it.
