The laptop is good, but have some annoyances

The laptop is good, but have some annoyances, that's why i give it 4 stars.

What I like:
*keyboard and mousepad feels very good, almost as the same level of a macbook pro.
*comes with windows 8.1 multi-language, so for people like me that English is not our first language that's a nice thing to have
*it's very lightweight despite how big is its.
*MSI is an unknown brand in my country, but they did have a local authorized repair center, which is nice in case you need to repair your laptop.

what I don't like:
*The previous model of this series have a relative easy to access memory card and M.2 SSD slot, in this model you have to flip the motherboard to gain access to the M2 and ram slot, making upgrades hard to do to the common user.
*It can get very noisy,
*W key is making a weird click noise, doesn't affect typing, is more of an annoyance

MSI bundle a recovery tool, that let's you create a recovery USB or DVD, you'll need a 32GB USB drive or 5 DVDs.
I have troubles migrating the OS to the new SSD I installed, I wanted to use the recovery USB, but it doesn't gave the option to where to install the OS, it just re installed in the same HHD where it originally was, I figured that if I delete the two drives then it will let me choose where to install, I used a windows 7 dvd installer to erase the disk, but ended up in a mess where I wasn't able to enter the bios to set it up back to UEFI, so the recovery usb won't boot, had to take it to the MSI service center, they solved my problem, but I had to pay for the repairmen,t so, unless you're a very tech savvy person, don't attempt to do the upgrades by yourself.Read more ›

It was recommended to me by a salesman at Fry's Electronics. Now I'm able to play all the games I couldn't play on my previous setup.

Pros:

Excellent computer. Performs well.

Cons:

Everyone raves about the cutting edge Nahimic speaker setup. To me it sounds like the speakers are blown.

Sometimes the wireless network card decides to shut off. So I have to reconnect to the internet.
