I hate to give negative reviews, but...

I loved this bag when I had it. Really, I did.

It's well-padded and main bag's material is sturdy. It fit my 15.6-inch laptop perfectly, along with some notebooks.

But I remember when I was looking through the reviews for this product (as I do with anything before a purchase), I saw a few that mentioned the strap breaking. Such reviews were scarce so I ignored them and bought the bag.

6 months later, I was riding my bike with this bag strapped to my shoulder and...it broke off. Right there in the street.

Not that I didn't see it coming. The strap had been breaking for a while. It wasn't even the strap itself; the part that connects the strap to the bag is the problem.

It's fine when you pull the strap straight up, except that's not how most people will carry it: they'll carry their bag at their side, with the strap pulled across to their opposite shoulder. This causes stress on the material being pulled sideways, and the material that's probably perfectly able to resist an upward pull starts to tear on the side.

It's the same reason you tear off pieces of tape by starting the tear on one edge and pulling the tape sideways to tear it clean, instead of trying to pull it straight off the roll (which won't work).

Anyway, that's what happened, and I'm not the only one. But in case you're like I was and decide to get it anyway, it's a good bag while it works.

Although, it was a headache that the power cord and brick didn't really fit well in the bag. Yeah, I made it work, either by putting it in one of the pockets and thus making the whole bag bulge like it was pregnant, or stuffing it at the top of the bag before closing it. It worked, but it was inconvenient.

Caveat emptor.

Great Bag

I own a Lenovo A570 that is 15.6" and this bag is a great fit. Not too tight, not too loose, just right. I carry an external hard drive with, a bluetooth mouse, mouse pad, ipod and phone and it has a spot for every single item. It felt a little bulky at first, but it's comfortable enough to get used to it right away. The price I paid was well worth it.

Good bag for the price

Being a college student, a messenger bag is must for keeping your books, supplies, snacks, and most imporantly your notebook computer. Although I have used this bag with joy, this bag started a tear in the area between the belt and buckle. Good bag though.

It has fully enough space for an adaptor and cables and it has reliable lock systems for inner and outside
futhermore, It has a cushion surrounding a laptop. it looks safe.

anyway, It's the best bag for 15.6inch laptop that I've seen before

Perfect for college

This laptop bag is perfect for college, so you can carry your laptop, and a few pens with you. It also has two extra slots if you wanted to slip in a medium sized text book, or a not over bulging binder. I used the extra slots to carry my charger and an external USB fan most of the time. The bag has room for at least 5 pens/pencils I believe plus more in the front pocket. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is it doesn't have enough breadth to carry bigger, more bulky items in addition to the laptop. I would not stick a thick hard back in this bag in addition to your laptop, but a paperback text or two, and probably your charger would fit easily. Just don't over stuff the bag, the seams do start to come out after a while of over stuffing.
