Best laptop mount I have ever had!! It is very easy to install and takes less than 10 minutes. Very stable and very adjustable. Needed to modify the bracket to make it sturdy. Installing it by following directions resulted in a very unstable mount. I felt that with as much movement it had that the weight of my laptop would of been to much. Added a mount at the bottom and it stabilized it enough to work. other than that great mount. love all the adjustments

Works well in my mini-van. I have an HP 17" laptop and this still holds it fine -- but it's at full width. Another 1/8" and it would not fit. The bracket that this unit fits into (on the floor) is a bit thin and it has a tendency to bend. Wish the plate was thicker. Note that this unit by itself does not come with a fan! It has the opening for the fan, but the fan is not included. Overall -- very satisfied with this unit.
