I would recommend this product. Very nice screen,long battery life,
and comfortable keyboard and touchpad. Everything is perfect. Just
love the good quality and finish.

I was planning to buy MAC Book Air prior to this. But saw its specs and great features. Has everything required for a comfortable daily use. This computer is the best purchase. It’s price is affordable for a refurbished unit and I got exactly what I want.

I have to say I'm very content with this product and all its features for the price given. This laptop is able to handle my normal tasks and even more complex tasks with no problem. Works great!

Touchpad does not work. It freezes in place and freezes open. It took me about 10 minutes to write this review! In addition, FN/F1 combo does not work so I cannot mute videos.

Problem is with Dell and Amazon at the moment. Here has been my buying experience.

1. Amazon sold me a defective computer.
2. When I called, person 1 said they'd refund amount by putting money in gift card within an hour.
3. Two hours later, person 2 said 3 hours.
3. Person 3 said 2-3 business days.
4. Person 4 (supervisor) said 6 hours but possibly 1 full day. Person 4 promised to take care of situation.

Will update review when/if issue is resolved properly.
