I purchase a similar product that was less expensive that did not physically fit with my machine although it advertised itself as a direct replacement for my laptop power supply. This unit, while costing a bit more, fit perfectly and was still a good value.

Very frustrated with the plugs on these.

I have no problems with the seller on this product. It arrived faster than expected both times I ordered. The problem is that the plug that goes into the computer is easily broken. I didn't bother contacting the seller because the breakage was not their fault. One cord was chewed up by a friend's pet but on 3 cords the end broke at the seam. I even used electrical tape on the end to help prevent breakage on one of the new cords and still it broke at the same spot. I feel like it is a design flaw.
