Charger arrived broken w/ exposed wires

Shipping was fairly quick. I was happy to receive it within a week until I open the package. I originally bought this due to wear and tear of my old one. My cable broke, exposed wires and could no longer charge the laptop. When I pull out the purchased charger, I was shocked to see the end of the cable was all bent and 85% of the wires were exposed and broken. Only 15% of it was attached to the charger. I am extremely disappointed. I would give this a zero star if possible. Never again.

wrong model that sounds awful

First of all, I got different model, not the one I ordered. I received DA90PE1-00 instead of LA90PE1-01. But it fits though. The biggest thing that's bothering me is that it makes very annoying sound when it's plugged in and the charge is complete. I bought it while I was in the USA and at the moment I'm out of country, so if I don't forget it on my way back I'm planning to return it.

Cheaper Alternative to Dell Products

A fantastic alternative to Dell's $100 A/C adapters.

The adapter is compatible with a Dell Vostro 3400. It charges just as quickly as my original adapter and seems hardier as well. This wasn't produced by a 3rd party product as there is a Dell logo on it. It even came with the elastic tie (as pictured) to hold the cords together.
