Easily broken

I have ordered three of these chargers in three months. The first broke after less than two months - it wouldn't charge unless the cord was bent and held at a certain angle. I ordered a second one and it didn't work at all. After some unnecessary back and forth with customer support, I was sent a third charger which, after a month of minimal use, just recently broke in the same way as the first. These are cheap chargers, but they're still not worth the price. Furthermore, the charger gets excessively hot and the cord is short.

Cheap in both price and creation

I bought this for my laptop because it was cheap and was one of the only ones that I could find easily. The only good thing that I can say about this is that it got to my house really fast. However, as soon as I plugged the charger into the wall, it decided to kill itself. Fairly certain that it wasn't the fault of the outlet because I use it daily for various things, but this is the first thing that had any problems. My advice: spend the extra 10-15 dollars and get one from Samsung, otherwise you run the risk of spending money on something that doesn't work. If I could rate this less than 1 star, then I would do that. Unfortunately, I can't.

Oh, and the little metal piece that plugs into the laptop is longer than it should be for the laptop, so it sticks out.

This is the second one I have ordered since June of this year. The first one lasted for a little over a month and then stopped working. I thought maybe this was just a fluke so I ordered a second one in July of this year. It is October now and it already
starting to fail. When I mean starting to fail, I have to wiggle it and hold it in a certain position for the charge to work. Eventually
it will quit working all together. As I write this it has just stopped charging my computer and I am having to hold it in a certain way
for the charge to continue, as soon as I release it the charge stops. I don't think I will order a third one!!!

Can't return for replacement.

I bought this product in May 2013, the product stopped working in August. I contacted the seller, the first time I just sent an email through Amazon without going through the returns page and got no response. I just sent a return request through Amazon and got a response saying that since it is over 90 days old they cannot do anything. I am almost sure that when I bought it there was a one year warranty but now I cannot find any warranty info on it. Not happy with the customer service at all.

I had to buy a new power cord because my stupid dog chewed my old one, bought this one, The plug is not polarized or grounded and the box part (not sure what it does) is ALWAYS HOT. So hot I make sure it is sitting in a non flammable location. So if I had to do all over again I would spend the extra money and get an factory replacement. Would not recommend.
