Great Replacement Battery For My CQ50

I bought this for my Compaq Presario CQ50. The old battery was causing "plugged in / not charging" errors. When I first put this one in the errors continued. I uninstalled all batteries from Device Manager, rebooted and let it discover the new battery. It has worked great ever since. I haven't measured, but I think the charge lasts as long or longer than my original battery ever did.

Excellent Customer Service although the battery did not work

I ordered a replacement laptop battery and received it in 2 days. Unfortunately, my laptop would not recognize the new battery despite me re-configuring my device manager,taking the battery out of the laptop and holding down the start button, etc. I emailed them to let them know my problem and they sent me a replacement battery again within several days. Unfortunately, my laptop would not recognize the replacement battery either. Each time I returned the battery I received a shipping label to return the battery so it did not cost me to return them. I also received a credit on my account almost immediately. I did purchase a much more expensive battery elsewhere and my computer recognized the battery immediately. Thus I can only give it 2 stars because the battery wouldn't work on my laptop but I want everyone to know this company offers excellent customer service.
