So far so good.

put the new battery in the 17 inch notebook and charged it,it lasted more than 4 hours,and if you go on the dell site it would cost you 3 to 4 times the price for the same battery.So far so good.

This battery does not work in my Dell Inspiron laptop. It does not charge possibly because it is not recognized. My computer specialist informed me today that this is not a Dell factory battery but a knockoff.
