This thing worked for about one week , after that it started giving me problems , works one time !!! stops working another time , then i noticed that it worked @ in position so i made sure to use it in that position only , but that was not that easy so finally i send the laptop to replace the power lack & after replacing it i was told that it was this charger , i told them it was new so they plugged in another charger and that was working fine so i had to buy that charger , when i checked on this order it said one full year warranty !!!!! and when i tried to return it i found out i can't return it ,

Not an original Lenovo AC adapter

I seriously doubt that these chargers are original Lenovo AC adapters. After getting the package, the first thing that I noticed was that the AC power cord lacked the stamps on the plug that all genuine Lenovo adapters have. During the first day of use the charger worked fine, however it stopped working on the second day. I sent the charger back and ordered the real part directly from Lenovo. My advice is to not waste time ordering this product and pay the extra $20 or so on the genuine Lenovo part.

Unsafe and poorly made

I purchased this product in hopes of replacing my charger that had died. No such luck; it worked well for the first few days, then less than a week in to use, it started shooting out sparks from the middle of the wire. If I had not been present to witness this, it could have caused some severe damage to my home!

This is one of the worst things I've bought. For the first couple months it worked fine but sooner or later the casing over the wires started to slip off the wires till today when I went to plug it in and sparks shot out of it. I would not recommend this.

It only lasted 2 weeks and stopped working. I would not recommend this to anyone. Spend your money on one local, with a warranty. I should have taken others advise, and read the reviews.

It came acceptably fast, in good condition. It works fine except sometimes it will be plugged in and just not charge, so i have to wiggle it a bit or take it out and put it back in. Happens rarely, so it's not an issue.

EDIT: Lately the metal piece that goes into my laptop has been getting extremely hot. It's literally burning level hot, and that is not okay.
