It's OK, but could be made better and isn't as stable as you'd like it to be.

I bought a table like this a few years back at Walgreens in the As-Seen-On-TV section and I really LOVE that table. I wanted another and could not find the exact one I bought, but this one looked almost identical from the photos. That's about where the similarities end unfortunately.

The first one I received was damaged in shipping. It could have been packed better in my view, but either way, the seller DID take care of me RIGHT AWAY - so the 3-star rating here applies to the product, NOT the seller. The seller sent me out a new one at no cost immediately and spared me the burden of returning the damaged one, which I greatly appreciate!

The table itself is much flimsier than the one from Walgreens. The plastic "ledge" at the bottom of the top surface is cheaply made and the screws will strip if you tighten them even the smallest amount too much. I'm nervous to put my laptop on the table as it's just not stable enough if bumped (it's fine on a hard floor, but I'm using this on carpet). If the tubes were larger diameter, it would be much better.

Overall, it's doing what I bought it for, but if I had to do it again, I'd try a different one (actually, I'd try far harder to find the one from Walgreens).

I use this desk every day. I can move it around easily or remove it from the room altogether if necessary. It was easy to assemble. Generally, I am wary of items that include more than 5 parts, but I put this one together without a problem. It is convenient to be able to adjust both the height and the slant. With my 13" laptop in place, there is still enough room on the desktop for my mouse.

This is pretty good, it's perfect for doing homework while on the couch. It does wiggle a little, but that's expected with the design. The only think I don't like is the fact that the table surface doesn't have the option to lay flat. If it did it would be good for "couch eating".

Some minor assembly required, but comes complete with the allen wrench required. Much more stable than a similar-in-appearance (but without the lower cross-bar, and this good solid top), unit I bought a few years ago. Reasonably priced for this relatively sturdy unit!
