Surprisingly good

Honestly, from the pictures it looked cheap, but once I got it in my hands I was pleasantly surprised. The LEDs are very bright, and somehow they managed to get the light to diffuse perfectly. In the pictures I uploaded you can see the light is coming out uniformly from the oval shaped thing - that's truly how it looks in real life! All the USB LED lights I've seen just have the bare LEDs exposed, and have weird artifacts and lines from the LEDs. Very impressed with the quality of the diffused LED lighting.

There is some kind of metal wire inside it, which allows you to bend it to certain shapes and it will stay there. It works pretty average, as I expected.

The one thing you may have to watch out for is that the back gets HOT! The back of the LED has a metal strip for cooling. That metal strip can get very hot when the LED is left on. Definitely watch out for that when you are using it.

Overall a surprisingly high quality USB LED light for the price.

Cute and bright.

I do a lot of work late at night on my tablet and I'm always having to check my notebook or write something down. I usually keep my lamp on that sits on my nightstand but it is not very bright and I have to lean over towards the nightstand to see. It plugs into any usb port and I really love that I can plug this little light right into my powerbank and not have to move way over to see. It is perfect when you need to see to work or read without waking someone else. The light is really bright for its size as you can see in my photos plus it's not a dull cloudy light at all. You can bend it so that it is directly over what you are trying to see which is wonderful. I received the light for free in exchange for my honest review.

it is on the afternoon when nap time for my son like 2-5 then at night when he's already sleeping again

I can only use my laptop twice a day, it is on the afternoon when nap time for my son like 2-5 then at night when he's already sleeping again.I used my laptop in our bedroom because my husband already occupies the living room because he always has this meeting with his team at work.So on my case when my son is already asleep at night, so the only light that is still on is the night light we have. My laptop doesn't have a back light so I'm having a hard time using the keyboard at night.. I used to play on my laptop too, those RPG games that i'm hooked like D3, this usb light helps me see the keyboards more than before.. what I like more about it is, it's not battery operated so you don't need to worry if the battery will run out in the middle of the night and you're still doing something and you're out of battery too,no need to charge it too so no more waiting to use it, you can use it right away anywhere, anytime.. price is reasonable.. the only thing I can see a minor issue with this product is I think it would be better if the length is a bit longer..

Great for Kids and Teens

I got both the black and blue version of these and gave them to my kids. Having two colors is great so we can tell them apart and there will be no fighting over them. They like to play video games together at night and have a "sleepover" with each other and these little lights will be just enough so they can see their keyboards and not have to turn on the overhead light. They'll save you on your light bill! They would also be great for using at night if you are still on the computer but your partner wants to go to sleep. The light is enough but not too much that it would be disruptive. These would be great for college students or great gifts for any laptop users as well. I plan to get more to use as stocking stuffers since they are the perfect size and shape and are a fun little present to open at a reasonable price. They claim these last 50,000 hours and if true, that will be an incredible value! I will update my review when these stop working to let you know how long they lasted.

The Mini USB Light is really bright. I use it with my laptop to use the keyboard as my laptop does not have back lights. The USB light comes with LED's that are really bright and have a life span of 50,000 hours. Just insert the light in the USB drive on you laptop or portable power bank and the light is on.The mini USB LED light is light weight, compact in size, durable and portable.

It is perfect for outdoors or traveling when used with a power bank and can act like a mini flashlight. The light can be used with any 5V USB port and has a very slim design. The neck of the light is flexible and can bend for easy use. However, I would have preferred if the flexible neck was a little longer.
