This product is okay, i got this and barely picks up a signal unless close by to the source of wifi. It works and I'm still using it now. Item was as described and has a fast delivery, i got this in five days of ordering. I'm satisfied with the product and will order from again.

Works for awhile then doesnt work but that may be my PC problem as it keeps losing my security key for the router, but when working it brings in a good signal, so it looks like it is my PC issue.

So far it works. The CD that was supposed to have the drivers was blank though. And the URL in the manual to download the driver was not found. I was able to get to a "download drivers" page by going to the domain name from that URL [...] But on that download page, the chipset this adapter says it uses (RT5370) wasn't listed. I did some searching and found info that made it seem like it uses the same driver as RT2770, so I downloaded the driver listed for USB(RT2870/RT2770/RT307X/RT2070
RT357X/RT3370/RT8070/RT5X7X/MT7610/MT7601).

That worked and installed on Windows 8.

Minus a star for the hassle of having to track down the right driver.

Laptop internal Wifi card did not work all the time, constant drops in internet access. The LAN card connected fine with internet so I decided to purchase the Micro USB Wireless Adapter from Ralink and all my problems went away. This product works as promised, have Windows 7 with FIOS internet and have not had problems.

I ordered it. Worked great. Perfect for what I needed. Then I had to re-image my hard drive and lost the drivers. I went to their website and couldn't find the drivers. I e-mailed support and within 15 minutes they responded with this link. [...]
