Nice desk, just not for me.

Well, I think this is a nice little lap desk, but it did not meet my needs, so I had to return it. I wanted it for my computer in bed, but I think I really need something that does not sit on my lap. It's too hot on my lap. It you are looking for a lap desk to write on, I think this would meet your needs, it's light weight, nice light, cup holder and pencil holder, nice writing area. It just wasn't what I was looking for.

I purchased some of these at Christmas for some of my great-grandchildren ages 5 to 13. They love them for doing homework or tablets and lots of different things. I liked them so well I purchased one for myself and its great if i want to use laptop on it at night in bed. I also have to sit in my moms room at times and if I have some bills or check books to catch up on, this is really great!

I have used the lap desk since the day it arrived. I would recommend to anyone who has a roommate that goes to bed fairly early. It's lite and set up for several hours of work. I can't tell that it has been sitting on my legs. The light covers my keyboard completely. The lap-desk has been used each night and I haven't used my desk since the lap desk arrived.
