Bad customer service

Tech Rover would not replace my battery that was sent back within the warranty period. Amazon finally issued a credit for the battery. Tech Rover never acknowledged the return of the battery.

Does not equal charge of original battery.

Battery does not hold charge longer than 4 hours. Original battery held charge for 6-7 hours. This is the first replacement battery. When reading description of this battery, I thought it would equal the original.

It took over a month to receive the battery, so one month of the the warranty was consumed by the post office.

Although it works, beware that the pack is labeled as a 12 cell 8800mAh, but is physically much smaller and lasted for approximately one fourth the time my original Toshiba 12 cell 8300mAh battery pack did on a full charge. The product pictured is also not exactly what was actually shipped to me despite what the label on the pack says.

This battery increased my battery life from 1 hour to about 4.5 hours. If this battery holds up for about 5 years, it will be a great buy at about $45.00. Buyers should be aware that it takes about 3 weeks to get the battery as they come from overseas.
