Laptop battery

This battery is a replacement battery for the one that came with my laptop. It does not hold a charge that long (maximum of 2 hours) which is a disappointment. I have to charge it often; it works in a pinch but does not eliminate the need to carry the charger when travelling during the day.

Short charge life

I was happy with how quickly it arrived. It does hold a charge but for only about 2 and a half hours. If I didnt need it so badly i probably would have returned it. It did fit perfectly and is pretty decent weight , not some cheap plastic . I just wish it held more of a charge.

Basically the same battery (Model # and all) as the one I got with my computer. Mine fried and I did what I know best, AMAZON!

Pros: It came in a box.

Cons: I am watching Youtube on the toilet again.

Con: Capacity is lower then expected. On my 17" dual core Hp laptop it lasts at most 2 hrs.

Would I recommend it? For the price yes but I would search for something with a little more capacity

The ad indicates it will be an HP 480385-001 replacement.... The wattage is completely different and the battery is not manufactured by HP. Battery fits into slot, but is not recognized by laptop, as it is not compatible with 480385-001

The battery works but it keeps popping out. The only reason I did not send it back was because i threw my original away and the box it came into. So i did not have the correct stuff to ship it back i thought it was good.
