This is not a Dell Product!! Heats up to 135 degrees!!

It charges my laptop well, but my brother has used this brand of charger before and it stopped working after a few months. So I hope the same does not happen with this one.
My complaints:
It gets really hot! I tested it with a laser thermometer at it reached 135 degrees at one point! It is hot so often it affects the temperature in my room.That is not burning hot and it leads me to my second point. The cord is really short, 3-4', and so usually have to have the brick really close. I have to be right next to a plug to use it. And because it gets so hot when I accidentally touch it, I almost burn myself.
I should have spent more money and bought a actual Dell charger. This is a inferior product. Don't buy it unless you don't have another choice.

honestly i like it, at first it made a weird noise like soft noise you can't hear it but since I'm a ocd freak and an attention to detail freak I heard the little noise. It got hot first two days but now it doesn't make the noise or gets hot it actually charges my laptop so far so good. Only bad thing it took way to long to get here first shipment got lost second shipment got here five days after they resent the item. But it's a good item at a good price.
