Fits my very large 15.6", built great with tons of features in a slim package

I was a little worried because my laptop is a 15.6" plus the battery sticks out a bit (Lenovo ThinkPad W540). It fits great, a bit snug in the top corners but not enough that I'm worried about the bag or zipper having issues. The bag itself is wonderful, it's light but very well-built and feels great carrying (even with a really bad back). The outside material is a sort of rough-weave fabric, with slight variations in the grey coloring and medium-blue stitching. It's really good looking, both for personal use and business use. It's slim, but has lots of pockets and padding. The front vertical zipper allows access to the entire front panel, with a small mesh open pocket on the bottom. Slim enough for a few papers or pens/pencils, and it's padded lightly on both the outside and inside. The next compartment is slightly gusseted at the bottom, and is also padded on both sides, allowing you to put your power cord, mouse or other smaller pieces in with plenty of room. The main compartment unzips with a double zipper, which opens all the way down to about 4" from the bottom of the bag (stopping at the two side "bottle carrying" pockets, both of which have elastic to allow the top to expand). As mentioned, a large 15.6" laptop fits fine, and there's room for a tablet, and probably 3-4 1" binders or similar. All the pockets and transitions between compartments are padded, as are the straps (and the top carrying loop). The straps are well padded but not bulky, and there's a great built-in strap that allows you to roll up the "hanging" straps that you have when you adjust each side and secure them neatly. No hanging straps, plenty of room for expansion (I'd say even a wide-shouldered man would have no difficulties getting the straps big enough). All in all, an EXCELLENT bag for an excellent value!

Can't say a bad thing about it

This bag is perfect for to and from work. It holds my 15" laptop, a few folders, a couple books, pens, computer accessories, etc. It's comfy and lightweight, and I think it's stylish on top of everything else.

I really like it over cross-body computer bags too - much better for your back and shoulders.

This is an amazing bag! It is stylish and unobtrusive at the same time.
It looks small from the outside but I was able to fit a 13'' laptop, my gym clothes and shoes, wallet, sunglasses case and
a few other items. It has a lot of pockets so its easy to organize a large array of small items.
The only downside is that there isnt too much padding for the laptop. However, I dont mind that since it makes the
backpack even more compact.

DOES NOT FIT A 15.6' LAPTOP

Backpack looks nice and functions perfectly fine unless you actually want to fit a 15.6' laptop in it. The laptop sticks out the top and makes it nearly impossible to close the bag. I found it was easier to just carry the laptop in my hand than use the backpack I bought for it.
