This fit the ASUS Q551L computer (1-16-15). It is 19 volts at 3.42 amps for a total of 65 watts. This is a 100-240 volt power adapter. The computer end is center positive and replaces the power cord that came with the computer and is an exact fit (5.5 od by 2.5 id, as far as I can remember). The power adapter has a three prong wall plug instead of two. This gives a better ground for those who are running their computer off an inverter. This reduces the "tingle" felt in the metal case when using the two prong plug. The product seems to be well made, but time will tell......

I would stay away from this.

This charges the computer just fine, but I cannot use my laptop while charging with this charger. The power is not consistent and it makes my mouse cursor jump all over the place to the point you can't even use it. It took me a while to figure this out, but finally realized that when I unplugged from this charger, my laptop behaved normally. I would recommend spending the money and getting a charger from the same manufacturer as your computer.

My power supply for my ASUS died. I called ASUS tech support to ask about the right replacement. Their own power supply was sold out and I needed it ASAP. The tech guy went on Amazon and found this and said it was just fine, so I ordered it immediately and it came right away and works fine. The cord is a little shorter than OEM product, which could be better or not for some people.
