Gave my laptop new life.

My laptop battery had gotten to the point where it lasted 45 minutes, so I bought this as a replacement for my original Samsung AA-PB9NC6B battery. It fits the battery slot perfectly, and even has an LED charge indicator incorporated into it, which I find convenient, as I can see the charge without my computer being on. After about 3 months of daily use, it still provides at least 3-5 hours of use, depending on how hard my computer is working. (My computer currently says it's at 98% with 4 hours 31 minutes remaining, and I'm not on a power saving mode.)

You may notice that this battery is rated at 49 Wh (Watt hours), whereas the original Samsung battery is 48 Wh. Don't be concerned about it - it's just different rounding. Both batteries also specify 4400 mAh (milliampere hours), which at the specified 11.1 volts is exactly 48.84 Wh.

Low Cost Laptop Replacement Battery

I've owned it about a month and it's been in continual use.

Good price, good performance.

I purchased two. Well packed (ESD bags with micro manuals). I am very pleased with the performance on my 17" Samsung i7 laptop. The original battery was giving me about 20 minutes after the first year. The first test I ran (from Samsung's standard 80% charge level) on one of the replacements was 3 hours, although I was not interactively working on it so it is likely it lasted longer than under use conditions.

I only give them 4 stars because the fit isn't perfect (it does fit, but be gentle pushing the batteries into your laptop).

Would I buy from them again? Yes!

Other reviewers said it got more charge than the original battery they received with their laptop so I bought this version with that expectation. It does not hold a longer charge but the same as my original battery. However I can't complain as it holds a charge, fits my laptop and hasn't crashed my system yet (which I was warned about when using an off-branded item). The first time I used it my comp seemed to have to reset itself as I got a black screen. But its been fine since then. I have a Samsung R580 J.

Although the battery should have 4400 mAh it had 3900 mAh (4400 is the design capacity). So go for it if your computer needs the battery just for short periods.

The battery was listed as the one I needed for the numbers I listed from the battery I unfortunately am still using. I can't use that battery. It was cheap (under 10 bucks) So I threw it in the garbage. At this time I would not endorse Amazon for any laptop batteries, nor the seller. I know it was cheap but I feel like I threw my money away. I will buy another battery at a brick and mortar store.
