The adapter and power cord do not fit together properly, so I used my original power cord and used the new adapter (that's the only part I really needed). I would have returned it if I wasn't able to use any part (it's a shame I didn't purchase a cheaper one, but oh well!). Purchase at your own risk!!

Was not the original charger like it said. ..caused my laptop battery to go bad and now it won't even come on without being plugged in.

Now it sometimes just shuts off and will not hold a charge even if plugged in.

Product came but it does not say anywhere that it is from Samsung. It also has a different model number than the one listed. Charger works fine BUT it gets really really hot. Makes me a bit worried. But for its price I guess there will be tradeoffs.

I need to exchange it, because the part that goes in computer isn't stable and it charges and stops. I have to keep checking to make sure its charging, plugging and unplugging til finally get it charging. I have exchanged a replacement cord for my laptop from Amazon about 4 times for similar issues, they allow you to print the label, but you lose out on the paid shipping and handling. They also don't give you the opportunity to just replace the item with free shipping since you already paid for shipping, but I need a replacement cord without paying 60$. This time I brought 2 cords and will have to start trying to use the other onenow

Had to buy a new charger before leaving for Korea. So I finally received it a few days before leaving and I hadn't bothered trying it because my old charger was still working, but I finally did and it did not fit. It fit to the laptop but the plug cord that connects to the adapter was to big and did not want to connect so I had to use my former plug cord from my old adapter and put it with the new adapter.
