Works fine but...

The charger arrived quickly. However upon opening the envelope i realized that the charger was not a Samsung but was in fact a Sansung yes with an "N" which i thought was odd... Also the charger is about a foot short (maybe shorter) than my original that came with the laptop, also the part that fits in the computer seems like it doesn't fit as well. In conclusion the charger does work to charge the laptop but it is not a true OEM Samsung* part as stated in the description, and if u don't mind a shorter cable or a rough fit than this is a great part at an absolute steal!

2 defective chargers.

The first time I brought this replacement charger it worked fine until the cord that attached to the adapter kept sliding out from it leaving the wires exposed. I tried pushing it back down but it didn't stay. A few days later it started to short circuit and a few days after that it hardly worked. I sent an email to the seller, Triangle World who contacted me within a few hours and they sent me a replacement.

The replacement worked fine but I started to have similar problems I had with the first charger.
The cord that attaches to the adapter keeps sliding out from it leaving the wires exposed. It also gets really hot and it's kind of caved in slightly at some spots while a little raised at others. Also, parts of it has fallen off.
It stills works but I really don't want to use it because it looks like it might explode (I am completely serious; I warn anyone who uses my laptop that it could happen).
I've sent Triangle World another e-mail but haven't received a reply back yet.

Good price on a replacement power supply and an honest seller

I purchased one of these power supplies (from the seller AC POWER)to use as a second one to keep in my bag and take on trips, Unfortunately I didn't test it out before I needed it while on a Thanksgiving trip...and it doesn't work! The green power light comes on the power supply but it does not charge or even power a dead laptop. When I returned home from my trip after Thanksgiving, I plugged in the original Samsung power supply and it worked fine confirming that the problem was in the power supply I purchased , and not in my laptop.

One other note, I didn't receive the microfiber carrying pouch with it as shown in the picture either.

I have submitted it for return and exchange for a working unit. I'll update this review with more stars to let you know if the seller is honest and stands behind the product. November, 27, 2012

UPDATE (December 6, 2012): The seller stood behind the product and shipped me another power supply which works fine. I did not receive the microfiber bag but that is not a deal killer for me considering the low price for this replacement power supply.

Overheated

Bought this as a replacement for my original charger. I noticed it would get very hot if it was plugged in for more than 15 minutes at a time. It also stopped working just a few days after I received it. Overall, a complete waste of money. Very disappointed!

Not the real deal

Bought charger at end of Feb. it was a knockoff rather than a Samsung and it didn't last two months. I hate not getting what I ordered especially since it didn't fit completely into the charger port. About as compatible as oil and water!
