Best laptop stand for sitting or at the office! Sturdy center design - no wobbling.

Great value and a solid piece for use as a laptop cart. It rolls well, it’s not wobbly, and it has a center post with an angular lean making it perfect for the couch or my chair. Again, for the money, this cannot be beat.

The product is perfect for those sitting at a desk or chair with their laptop. I'm sure it has other uses, but as a laptop stand it was excellent and extremely sturdy. It may or may not serve well for those in bed, but I suspect it would have to be used side saddle for "in-bed" users. I don't allow electronics in my bedroom so I wouldn't use it for that purpose.

Adjusting the height is easy and simple. There are no notched holes for the screw down adjustment knob, but I find it tight enough without notches. After 2 weeks of non-stop use, there has been no slipping.

The top surface is 24 inches wide, wide enough to accommodate my HUGE 17 inch laptop and a large trackball mouse. The top is made of wood and is solid.

The piece assembled quickly. The instructions are very basic but you can figure out most of what’s not written from photos of the final assembled piece.

The base is shallow in height and slid perfectly under my den chair that is pretty low compared to standard furniture.

Assembly notes:
1) Mine came with 4 lock washers that were included as extras and not described in the instructions. It was obvious they were intended for the base as that’s the fulcrum of this stand. I added the washers’ top-side of the base post screw down to lock down the screws from the top- the threaded washers were on the bottom and secure the bottom well.Read more ›

Sturdy construction

I purchased this desk cart to use my huge 17" Dell laptop or 13" Mac Air while sitting on the couch. After a full week of daily use, I have no complaints. It feels sturdy and moves easily around on carpet on its wheels. The build and quality is good and well worth the $42 I paid; I would've gladly paid 50% more for this. Compared to others I saw for sale on Amazon, they were either significantly more expensive, did not look of durable construction, or the working surface looked too small for either of my laptops with a regular size mouse. This is the perfect size for me. Assembly was very easy taking under 10 minutes.

I highly recommend it.

This mobile laptop table does just as it claims and it does it very well. It's sturdy, easy to adjust and move and easy to assemble without looking at instructions. Since I can't see, I accidentally put the table top shaft in backwards and the unit was unstable but as soon as I figured that out and turned it around, it was fine. The table top is sturdy, it's simple to adjust the height, and does not shake when I type, it has very minimal wobble (anything can wobble if you push it hard enough) and it came with all necessary bolts and tools for assembly. I chose not to use the casters as my sofa and loveseat are low to the floor and it would not fit under them with the wheels on. However, it slides easily on my area rug and I can sit back in the padded comfort of the loveseat and type away while using my lap as a holder for a water bottle, popcorn bowl or purring cat. I do not use a mouse and have a smaller laptop (Lenovo E530) so the table area is wider than I actually need.

Furniture is so overpriced these days so I feel obligated to give it one less star for pricing but compared to other stuff, it's a very good product.

Shipping was overnight through Prime and the packaging was more than adequate.

I am very pleased with this table.

Perfect stand for small spaces!

For under 40 bucks you can't do much better than this. After years of using a trash can in the bathroom as a laptop stand, I finally figured I should get something more professional looking that was also easy to push out of the way. This fits the bill perfectly. The height is adjustable, assembly took less than 10 minutes, and it's rock solid. I was worried that the cats might tip it over when they inevitably jumped on it, but it holds firm. It's also perfectly level and functions as a book stand or tablet stand just as well. Since the top drops with the twist of a screw it's easy to push under the counter when not in use.

The desk cart is very stable and easy to put together. It is easy to adjust and rolls freely. I use it on a laminate floor. The surface size is perfect for my keyboard and mouse which is what I am using it for. I have my PC connected to my T.V. and wanted something to hold my keyboard and mouse. I use my PC to watch Netflix, internet content and to work on. This way I do not have to buy a monitor in addition to a T.V.

Beware of sharp edges

The bottom edges of the desk are extremely sharp. You could cut your fingers or thighs if not careful. It is better to file the edges down with sand paper before using it. Other than that, the desk is sturdy and serves its purpose.
