Great table for working on a laptop or gaming from bed or couch.

Really good bed desk/laptop tray. I am a big guy and was looking for a larger table/tray as I frequently work from home. I like to sit on the bed and work but the laptop was overheating and laying on the bed and looking at the laptop was giving me a neck crick. This has extendable legs but even without them extended its pretty tall and I can comfortably sit cross legged and work from the bed and couch now, You can see in the picture the table with legs totally retracted and I weigh in the range of 350 and this has plenty of clearance. We have a sectional and i it in the corner piece now and watch TV and work and be sociable now. good quality its been kicking around the house and bumped, dropped, run into by the dog and kids and held up nicely. I don't really use the center tip up section and its nice the little stopper comes off and fit in the tiny drawer for storage. I have a small Lenovo laptop (pictured) as well as a 17 inch monster and both fit with room to spare for a mouse-pad and to work right or left handed. My wife and I have had coffee in bed now several times and watched movies with the table long wise between us and a pot of coffee on the table without worrying. the legs ARE lever and gravity locked and of course if you aren't careful and make sure they are fully extended out the table can lean one way or another, but it is really stable when properly stood up and I keep it unfolded by the bed with my laptop on it and running without worry. The workmanship is nice and its nice it is raw bamboo with no coatings and sanded to a very nice smooth finish that looks almost like it is coated. Totally enjoying this and have owned it now for about 3 weeks, if it breaks its probably because i abused it too hard, and will buy another in a heartbeat.

Absolutely perfect for my needs!

I am a disabled person who can no longer sit comfortably at a desk or table to write with my laptop and I also must use a mouse on the left hand side of the computer (even though I used to be right handed). Because I am a mouse-dependent computer user, I could never really use my laptop computer on my lap, trying to sit in bed and use my computer without the mouse sliding off of whatever thing I tried to improvise to hold it was very frustrating and I have been searching for an affordable solution for a couple of years now, but all the low-ish priced tables that could be used for a laptop in bed would only hold the mouse on the RIGHT side and that would never work for me. The SoBuy "Also Suitable For Left-handed" table was the first I've seen that is not outrageously priced, has the tilt section to raise the laptop's keyboard to a comfortable typing angle, AND can hold a mouse on the LEFT-hand side of the computer, so I ordered it even though it did not have Prime shipping or any other type of shipping available other than "standard" so I had to pay ten bucks to ship it and then wait over a week for it to arrive, but today it finally got here!
It is heavier than I expected (and that's a good thing - it has a real nice solid feel to it), and it is a beautiful little table! Right out of the box it was ready to use and it is super easy to adjust the height of both the table legs and the tilt section of the table top in the center. My mouse is happily sitting on the left side of my computer as I type this review from my bed with my laptop on my spiffy new table. WONDERFUL FOR LEFTIES!

I did a lot of research on Amazon before making this purchase. As a lefty, it was really important for me that I find a desk that can be used on the left side of the computer for writing. This desk is the ONLY one I found that has lefty access for taking notes or files.
Additionally, what a nice piece of furniture this is without being too bulky or weighty. Very stable while doing work on my bed. Computer stand and the legs are adjustable to various heights.
I cannot think of a single thing wrong with my purchase and even rec'd a nice mat for free that I am using in my kitchen as a very nice accent piece.

Great for my non typical use.

After looking for a lap type desk I finally found this. It is perfect for my use. I use my computer on by big screen tv. Since I don't actually have room for a full blown desk/monitor setup I use my tv as my monitor. So I have to sit at the couch or on the floor when using the computer. And juggling a keyboard and mouse in your lap is a pain in the a#$. This works perfectly. It's high enough and wide enough to clear my legs when sitting cross legged on the floor and I can adjust the table legs easily for when sitting on the couch. It's perfect sized to hold my oversized logitech keyboard and mouse. I looked at others, but they all lacked in size one way or the other. This is just perfect for me so far.
