Nice lap desk - good angle, doesn't get hot, laptop doesn't slip around

I bought this after much research of reviews. My husband is picky and was using a boxed Trivial Pursuit game under his laptop until I bought him this lap desk. He loves this - I've tried it too, and I want one. It's really light and doesn't really get warm, the angle is perfect for sitting on the couch or even lying back on it. The laptop doesn't slide around on this at all, and the size is perfect for the 15" laptop. It also worked just fine for my 17" laptop.

I like to use this lap desk for crafts from the ...

I like to use this lap desk for crafts from the comfort of my bed or sofa. There are many other uses for this great desk also. The bottom part of the lap desk is made of memory foam that forms to my legs for ultimate comfort. This desk is at a perfect angle so you can comfortably work. There is plenty of work room on the desk top. It's also very sturdy and stable. The wrist pillow helps eliminate the strain on my wrists. I love the smooth, shiny, sparkling desk top. It's lightweight and has a handle to make carrying it easy.

A good buy

This is a good, basic lap desk that could be used for a number of uses. It's comfortable on my lap, and there's plenty of room for my 15.6" laptop. The surface is a little slippery, but I found that a thin strip of rubber shelf liner placed under the computer along the front edge solves that problem. My first lap desk was one of the types filled with plastic micro beads. It was comfortable and worked well for me until a seam came loose and the little beads got all over my sofa and the floor. I won't get another one of those. This is a good one, I hope it remains available for a long time.

The Perfect Lap Desk

If you have been researching lap desks for days like I have, stop now. I took a chance on this one despite not knowing much about the brand. It if FANTASTIC. It's odd how excited I can get over a lap desk, but it is everything I could want in one. It's incredibly comfortable. The armrest is a little stiff, but adds great support. It's large enough to fit my 17" Alienware. Best of all it keeps my laptop cool. As soon as I got it in the mail my mom and girlfriend both wanted ones for themselves.

WAY worth the price tag!

I received the item as promised and am very well pleased with it. It being the third "lap desk" I've had to date, this is by far the best. I use a rather heavy 17" HP with an extended life battery and it keeps me comfortable for hours at a time. I am an Indie author and write for hours daily.
