Not a bad product. Mine was missing the required cable for it to work. Thankfully Amazon made it right quickly. It is constructed fairly well. Main fan was a little noisy on startup the first time, but quieted down after a few minutes of running. It has been fine every since. Overall the pad is a great size and does an excellent job of keeping our high-graphics overheating laptop very cool. I have tried a few other pads and could never find one to cool like this one does. All five fans going and it is still surprisingly quiet overall. The mesh screen top is great! The lights are a little flashy but toned down considerably and look nice once covered by your laptop. I would say certainly worth the money.

Worked great for about 4 months then it started to make get weaker and died. Now it's just a thick stand for the computer to sit on. Very disappointed in the short life.
