Needs tunning, otherwise a basic and value laptop

To the above comment...although this computer may not compete with a apple laptop, it is a very basic laptop and more research should have been done before your purchase. It's like buying a Kia base model and expect it to run like a Jaguar, then bad mouth Kai without correctly explaining why. A more thorough explanation would have better on the review. Now a days we expect too much from value items. Windows is a great OS and nowhere inferior to Mac OS and I'm sure it's hardly the OS fault on this review, but perhaps the crappy extra software that came with it and slows it down. I own this laptop with 20years window and Apple OS experience, and although it's not a great laptop, its very basic and needs a little tunning to get it working right, so with those regards, I do agree. So I hope this review was a tab more insightful then the previous comment. Please feel free to purchase this laptop, its good enough for homework, office work, no cad or gaming though. Just be aware the extra software makes it slow and may need to be uninstalled. Cheers

Hot Garbage!

I bought this for my wife so she can have something to create presentations with. Worst decision ever but I told her to get a Macbook like mine. The only thing this computer does correctly is not work. I don't own anything with windows. Now she understands why, and she has an iPhone 6s!
