Not the best protection or build

This is a very slim sleeve and will be adequate in protecting your laptop from light scratches or minor spills. This isn't something you'd want to use to protect your device. I for instance wanted to use this to protect my laptop when placing it in my bad, protecting it from my books and other things. I did not like doing so as there was hardly any protection, I may as well of wrapped it in a towel. My screen corners would actually protrude the edges of this case. Keeping in mind that this is only a sleeve, I'm basing my review in comparison to other similarly priced sleeves. These other sleeves in my opinion provided better protection and some even had convenient pockets.

Pros:
-Light
-Simple design
-Protects from minor scratches and spills
-Decent Price

Cons:
-Lack of protection - Has nothing to protect your laptop
-No Padding

Bottom Line:
-This is merely a sleeve. It's designed to just hold your device, not to protect it. If that's all you need than this would be a decent product for you. I on the other hand was transporting an expensive laptop and was on edge when using this to protect it. It is very thin and so has no padding to protect against falls or bumps. If you are in need of protection, I'd suggest going for a different product. Amazon makes some fantastic cases with great build and design. For about the same price you can get a full laptop case that's not that much bigger/thicker. In addition to providing padding and protection it has several pockets and holders which you can carry your accessories and chargers.

I bought this for hubby's 2013 15.6 inch lap top by Dell. It fits snugly enough but not so snug that it's a pain to get in and out. He puts his lap top in this and then inside his backpack for work and school. It provides extra protection to counteract his destructive tendencies. Product seemed comparable to $20 laptop sleeves at Office Max. I paid $5 I think. Awesome. Soft cover with some amount of padding but not tons of it. Good for students with or without a specialized 'lap top' back pack.

I bought it to protect an older 15.6" Dell Inspiron that I wanted to pack away for later use. The fit was absolutely perfect! It seems to be well made and offers all the protection that this pc needed packed in a box with other items. I would definitely recommend this sleeve for laptops of similar size that need a little something for scratch or dust protection.

Fits my 15.6 inch HP laptop perfectly. It is a tight fit to get the power cord in there with it but it can be done. Will it protect your laptop from a drop on the concrete? Probably not. But it does protect it from dust and scratches. I keep the laptop in this sleeve then carry it around in my messenger bag. Works well for what it is.
